When your old routines stop working.

Sometimes the routine has stayed the same. The life around it has changed.

A woman wheeling a red bicycle out of her garage in the morning.

Notice before you overhaul.

A routine can be familiar without still being useful. Before adding another rule, pause and notice what feels different in your day.

Ask a smaller question.

Instead of “How do I fix everything?”, try “What is hardest to make room for right now?” It may be time, attention, support or a priority you have not named yet.

Bring your real life to the conversation.

You do not need a perfect account of what is happening. One observation is a place to begin. Coaching can help you explore what fits and choose a realistic next step.

A question to sit with.

Which part of your routine feels least suited to the life you have now?

This is a reflection prompt, not medical or mental health advice.
